As the founder of The Frazer Firm P.A., Kent Frazer leads the firm built to serve business owners, executives, and professionals with a focus on business transactions, business disputes and litigation, and general counsel services. With over two decades of experience representing companies ranging from local entrepreneurs to Fortune 100 corporations, Kent brings not only deep legal expertise but also real-world business insight—because he’s a business owner himself. He understands the high-pressure decisions, legal risks, and day-to-day challenges business leaders face, and he’s committed to helping clients navigate them strategically and confidently.
Before launching The Frazer Firm, Kent was a long-time partner at the national law firm Akerman LLP. Throughout his practice, Kent has earned a reputation for delivering sophisticated legal counsel and aggressive advocacy in high-stakes matters.
