Kent Frazer Named Senior Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America

Palm Beach County attorney Kent B. Frazer, of the law firm The Frazer Firm, P.A., has been named a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Mr. Frazer is a business attorney who founded The Frazer Firm, P.A., a business law and litigation boutique, in 2020 after more than 12 years as a litigation partner at the AmLaw100 national law firm Akerman LLP.  Mr. Frazer has spent his career handling challenging and complex litigation matters for Fortune 100 national and global corporate clients, national law firms and lawyers, large national and global banks and financial institutions.  He has also represented numerous Palm Beach County and South Florida businesses and individuals in business litigation and corporate transactional matters.

The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. Senior Fellow status in the society is reserved for advanced commitment to and support of the LCA, the Diversity Law Institute and the Trial Law Institute. In addition, the LCA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism and ethical standards among its Fellows.

Mr. Frazer is also active in the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Leadership Palm Beach County, among other civic and community organizations.
