Kent is an outstanding attorney and all around good guy. I was referred to Kent & the Frazer Firm for a situation where I was out a large sum of money due to a joint venture agreement gone wrong. The company I entered into the joint venture with was in breach of contract & I had been trying to resolve the issue myself for over a year. The company kept putting me off & I had almost lost hope in every recovering my initial capital. I had gone through hell that year, barely sleeping with high anxiety and stress everyday because I felt stuck and did not know what to do. That's when I was luckily introduced to Kent by another one of my associates. Using Kent's advice, I provided the company with a final demand for payment along with some additional details suggested by Kent. I believe once the company knew I had someone like Kent in my corner they took me much more seriously & began to escalate quickly for a resolution. Shortly thereafter the company's CEO reached out to me & I was able to recover my initial capital and avoid litigation entirely.
