LLC members should regularly promote a community of open communication, become comfortable with giving and receiving feedback, and set aside personal emotions, especially when doing business with a long-time friend or family member. The moment there is a disagreement or conflict, determine to resolve it as soon as possible consistently with the terms of the LLC’s operating agreement.
